RLink Nodes and the Rally Blockchain are governed by a Distributed Governance Framework (DGF), which is distinct from and not solely controlled by R-Link, the company. Any value derived from RLink Nodes and the RLINK Digital Rewards is likely to be uncorrelated with the success or failure of R-Link. R-Link does not sell tokens or digital rewards. The Rally Blockchain, which is governed by RLink Node Owners, self-govern the distribution of RLINK Digital Rewards. RLINK Digital Rewards are earned in exchange for work and action on the Rally Blockchain. RLINK Digital Rewards are designed to have utility throughout the ecosystem for the purchase of R-Link’s products and services. The RLINK Digital Reward is not an investment product and may never have any value outside of the decentralized ecosystem. RLink Node Owners should not expect to recognize any value from the RLINK Digital Reward other than its utility within the decentralized ecosystem.
